Foraging and wild medicine 3

This is the 3rd of our seasonal foraging and wild medicine workshops

We will be looking at what the coast has to offer us, from delicious salt marsh plants, estuary seaweeds and coastal hedgerow plants

We will be making seaweed bath scrubs and delicious food medicine
