Welcome to the Beginner Watercolors Class!

Watercolor Beginner's Landscape (Sky, Water and Trees). We will be exploring the world of watercolor paints. All levels are welcome. I will have some materials for you to use but in general painters will need to bring their own. We will meet at the picnic table by the parking lot and to the left of the boat rental building. Look for a sign the says, “Akron Watercolor Group”. If it rains, we will meet at Angel Falls Coffee, 792 W Market St, Akron, OH 44303.You will be emailed if and when the event is moved.
Materials You Need to Being:
• Small watercolor set (pan or tube)
• A couple of brushes (rounds or flats)
• 140 lb. watercolor paper pad or block
• Pencil and eraser
• Water container and palette for mixing colors
• Paper towel and sponges
• Lightweight board/clipboard with binder clips or painter’s tape
• Chair or easel if you prefer (tabletop easels will be available)
• Bottle of water and optional apron
• Easel and chair if you do not wish to sit at a picnic table
