Introduction to Wild Swimming with Sauna

Join us at Loch of the Lowes for an Introduction to Wild Swimming with Sauna led by qualified coach, Ingrid Campbell. Learn how to get into the water safely, how long to stay in for and why it is so good for you. Then, spend an hour warming up and redooking to cool off with Wild Dook Sauna, whilst soaking up the beautiful views of the loch and beyond. Wetsuits and swim suits welcome.
Small group, max 6, £40 for swim session and sauna.
Light refreshments provided.
