Summer Sunset Sip & Stretch

Join us for a soul-soothing evening of movement, mindfulness, and connection at Del Rio Country Club. As the sun begins to dip behind the horizon, we’ll gather on the lawn for a Pilates -based stretch followed by guided deep relaxation.....all set to the golden glow of a summer sunset.

Your session includes an expert led Pilates class, mindfully moving your body, and 2 glasses of wine. We will also have non-alcoholic drinks.

This is your invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and reset with the beauty of nature and community all around you. Whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and fully aligned for the season ahead.

✨ Bring your yoga mat, your favorite water bottle, and we will have refreshments too.
