McHenry Benefit Bowl - Soroptimist Modesto Beneficiary

Calling all bowlers!! No bowling skills required, just have FUN
Soroptimist of Modesto is the beneficiary of McHenry Bowl’s Bowling Bash! June 14th from 11:30-4:00 $50 for two games, lunch and a tee shirt! Teams of 4 people, come for the fun and help our club raise funds for our Dream programs that help women and girls.

This year McHenry Bowl’s Benefit Bowl will support the ‘Dream Programs’ of Soroptimist International of Modesto including the ‘Dream It Be It’ Program and ‘Live Your Dream Award’.
The Live Your Dream Award is an education award for women who provide the primary financial support for their families. This Award gives women the resources they need to improve their education, skills and employment prospects. Recipients may use the cash award to offset any costs associated with their efforts to attain higher education, such as books, childcare, tuition and transportation.
The Dream It Be It Program gives high school girls the tools they need to achieve their education and career goals, empowering them to break cycles of poverty, violence, abuse and teen motherhood. They prioritize working with girls who have suffered many of these obstacles.
