In this gathering, Michelle will gently guide you through the practice of herbal journaling and the art of intuitive tea blending. Together, we’ll explore plant wisdom, self-expression, and presence through a hands-on experience.

All journaling materials and tea-blending supplies will be provided. A curated selection of herbs will also be available for purchase if you’d like to continue your practice at home.
