Drive Clean Assistance Program (DCAP) and the EV Equity Program-
We invite residents from Stanislaus County and surrounding areas to a Ride & Drive + Application Assistance Event on Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Modesto Centre Plaza (1000 L St, Modesto, CA 95354).
This family-friendly event aims to expand access to clean-air transportation in underserved communities. Attendees will have the opportunity to test drive electric vehicles, get hands-on
help applying for up to $7,500 in down payment assistance, and connect with local organizations offering valuable resources.
Event highlights include:
● Clean-air electric vehicle test drives
● Application assistance for the Driving Clean Assistance Program
● Family-friendly activities and resource booths
● Free meal ticket (burrito or 4 tacos) for the first 50 participants who complete a test drive
or application
● Entry into a $200 Visa gift card raffle for completing the post-event survey

This initiative is part of California Climate Investments, a statewide program focused on improving public health, reducing pollution, and investing in environmental equity.
