Sacred Movement/Ecstatic Dance

Our most exciting Dance is the one where we engage in all of our parts that make up who we are, our emotions, our vessels, our mind and how we express it.
In this 5 Rhythms technique we will engage our mind, connect with the grounds, become one with our beautiful bodies. Take a dance journey with us and feel free to move however you feel your energy needs to. no Judgement, just you and your space and others alike.
