Yoga + Horses

Join me on Fridays at 6:30 pm for yoga at the horse farm. Class is held outdoors (weather permitting — in case of rain or excessive heat, indoor space is limited to 10 participants). Open to all ages and experience levels and only $5 (payable via cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal), end your week with a gentle flow, designed to help you connect with yourself, your body, and your breath. 💫

I also offer the option of receiving Reiki during our final resting pose, Savasana, at the end of class. This is 100% optional -- you will be given a card at the beginning of class, with one side indicating that you would like to receive Reiki, and the other side indicating that you would not. During Savasana, I will quietly move around the group, pausing by anyone whose card indicates that they would like to receive Reiki.
