Gentle Yoga

Humble Warrior Collective teachers are offering yoga classes in partnership with Life Senior Services at Roma Berry campus. Gentle Yoga classes at LSS Roma Berry are gentle, accessible, and designed for all skill and fitness levels. Restorative Yoga classes focus on stress management to calm your mind, boost your mental health and relax your body so you can live your life better.

Wear something comfortable to move and rest in. Bring a water bottle & a mat if you have one.

Mats, bolsters, blocks and more are provided for clients to practice in comfort & safety.
