Laugh with Berlin-based funny people, Mark Beadle and Rohit Bhatia, performing a double bill of stand up comedy in English. Both comedians bring to the stage years of experience, their best material and some light-hearted banter, to give you an hour of ha has at Two Funny.
About the comedians :
Rohit Bhatia was born in Bombay, India, and worked as a crime reporter before he moved to Berlin. Nowadays, he performs in mainland Europe's top tier comedy clubs. Described as a "fascinating performer", Rohit is a sharp-witted stand-up who brings punk rock energy and journalist precision to the stage. Known for his acerbic humor and thought-provoking punchlines, he consistently hosts and headlines shows in several European and Asian capitals. He has been featured on BBC Radio, in The Guardian and in German media for his efforts at comedy. An audience favourite on Berlin’s comedy circuit for a decade, Rohit is the only Indian comic who performs in German. Expect incisive commentary and a lot of laughs.
Mark Beadle is originally from South London and has been living in Berlin for 15 years now. He has been performing comedy for over twelve years and was the host of the legendary The Nose comedy open mic. In addition to being a regular on the Berlin scene, Mark has performed throughout Germany and across the continent. He is also a qualified archaeologist, which is another fantastic way of not making money. Like many of the finest comedians, he supports Crystal Palace. He likes red wine, if you’re asking.
