zaLUG Creative Brick Showcase - Comic Con Africa 2025

Dust off your superhero outfits, because Comic Con Africa, South Africa’s ultimate pop culture and gaming festival, is set to return to the Johannesburg Expo Centre (Nasrec), 28 to 31 August 2025.

The event is set to captivate fans once again, bringing together enthusiasts from across the country and beyond for a celebration of all things geeky, from comics and gaming to movies and television.

The regular fan favourites are set to return – which include the Artist Alley, the main stage, an unparalleled shopping experience, international celebrities, esports, cosplay, and of course, the zaLUG Brick Showcase and Build Competition.

Stand a chance to win great prizes daily. Build according to the theme of the day and enter by simply posting a photo of your build on the zaLUG Facebook Public Group. Two random winners are selected daily and will be contacted via Facebook. All ages welcome!
