With easy-to-follow movements and a welcoming atmosphere, Tai Chi can be accessible to all fitness levels. Led by instructor Robert McManus, of Providence Tai Chi.

Non-members are asked to please pay at the front desk at Hamilton House (276 Angell St. ) prior to attending the class. The class takes place next door at Central Congregational Church in their Chapel Hall. Entrance to the building is located on Diman Place.
