About the event

Speed & Agility School

This 6-session camp for 4th-6th graders is designed to teach the fundamentals of athletic movement through sprint drills, footwork drills, and competitive challenges. Its purpose is to provide accessible training for young athletes looking to improve their speed, agility, and overall athletic performance - all while having fun in a competitive environment. All sports and skill levels are welcome!
