Afternoon Yoga

This Vinyasa slow flow yoga class is 50 minutes long, and features easy low back stretches, feel-good hip openers, and gentle knee and core strengtheners. Yoga can help increase flexibility and strength while relieving stress.

Beginners are very welcome! This class is for ages 12 and up.

First class is free to try, then you can pay a $3 drop in fee or purchase a scan card for $25. The scan card gets you 20 classes, that is $1.25 per class! Anyone 55 years or older gets a $5 discount when purchasing a scan card, that's $1 per class!
