As you settle in, you’ll be immersed in a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, drums and much more, each vibration working to clear stagnant energy, harmonize your chakras, and attune you to your highest self and your highest healing.
Gentle Reiki is offered throughout the experience, intuitively flowing where it’s most needed. It is a gentle, energy healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Rooted in intention and unconditional love, Reiki helps clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony to the body’s natural energy flow, making it the perfect companion to Sound Healing. The Reiki in this session is provided by Paula and Jean Luc of Sana Sana Studio here in Sarasota.
We will close the journey with a group blessing—a heartful moment of collective energy, amplifying your intentions and sealing the session in love, gratitude, and peace. Come as you are. Leave grounded, radiant, and whole. No experience is necessary, just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
We provide comfy floor chairs, a large cushion, a blanket and pillow, but please bring whatever else you need to be comfortable.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get yourself all set up and ready to go, this session starts promptly at the time listed and no one will be admitted late. There will be no refunds if you do not show up on time.
