This class is FREE for members, and now open for non-members to join us on a weekly, drop-in basis, $5/ per class.

Led by certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, Sara Davidson Flanders, founder and owner of Full Radiance Yoga Studio, our weekly yoga class aims to provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment where our members can improve their physical health, mental well-being, and social connections. Yoga has been shown to offer numerous benefits for seniors, including increased flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as reduced stress and anxiety. This yoga class is appropriate for anyone interested in floor exercises as well as chair yoga, and alternative poses are demonstrated for individuals who require modified techniques for practice. By incorporating gentle movements and mindful breathing exercises, Sara’s classes are tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of older adults.

Non-members are asked to please pay at the front desk at Hamilton House (276 Angell St. ) prior to attending the class. The class takes place next door at Central Congregational Church in their Chapel Hall. Entrance to the building is located on Diman Place.
