Armchair Warriors is on this afternoon at Cedarwood! 💪🏻 It's an armchair based fitness group on a Wednesday afternoons from 1:30pm till 2:30pm.

Led by Ema at Warrior Generation, these exercises are convenient, low-impact, and accessible to everyone. 🌟
