Pole Stretch & Conditioning Class
Stretch and conditioning is an important part of developing your pole skills, and to ultimately achieve your pole goals from inverts and Jades to controlled, flexy low flow. This hour class builds strength and flexibility using the pole and body weight. Please BRING your own mat!
Attire: Shorts and short sleeves/tank top.
Bring: A yoga mat or similar, water bottle, and a pair of socks!
Note: it's recommended to avoid body/hand lotion before classes.

Tuesdays 7pm-8pm
Beginner/Intermediate Pole Class
Right after stretch & conditioning, we get into the pole work! This class focuses on foundational skills into intermediate levels of pole dance. Suitable for those new to pole, or looking to build their skills.
Attire: Shorts/pole bottoms and short sleeves/tank top
Bring: A water bottle and a pair of socks. Grip aid and knee pads optional - bring 'em if you've got 'em!
Note: it's recommended to avoid body/hand lotion before pole classes.
Suggested donation $20
