About the event

Athletic Physical Night

A sports physical is required for all athletes who participate in athletics in grades 6-12. Sports Physicals are $50, payable at the time of service.

A parent or legal guardian must be present. Please bring your student’s completed and signed SDHSAA Pre-Participation Form Packet for the 2025-2026 school year. https://bit.ly/3GgQVkx
