Beginners Pole Fitness 6 Week Course

Starting Monday 7th July at 17:45 we will be running a 6 week course to then continue as a regular weekly session.

Learn the basics of Pole from strength building, spins and pretty shapes. Each week you will build on strength and see the improvements after a few session.

Price for this course is £50. If you cannot make all sessions they cannot be refunded.
