Harmony Flow yoga & Meditation

Harmony flow meditation is a practice that combines elements of mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement to cultivate a sense of peace and balance. It can help calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. In this class some weeks there will be use of sound therapy combined with breath. To reserve your spot please text your name and class you would like to attend to 810-265-4599. Registration ends 1 hour before class. Please bring a yoga mat and water. $15.00, punch cards available and accepted.
