Family Yoga at Lakefront Park | Prior Lake MN (Ages 5–12 + Caregivers)

Unplug and reconnect with the people who matter most, on the mat!

Join The Mindfulness Movement for an outdoor Family Yoga Pop-Up at the scenic Lakefront Park Bandshell in Prior Lake, MN. This 45-minute class is designed for families with children ages 5–12, offering a playful and meaningful way to move, breathe, and be present together.

Parents, caregivers, and even grandparents are invited to join in as we explore:

Kid-friendly yoga poses

Fun breathing and mindfulness exercises

Relaxation tools for the whole family

Joyful movement + calming moments

Led by experienced instructor Tara Willits, founder of The Mindfulness Movement, this session welcomes all bodies and experience levels. Whether you're new to yoga or a regular on the mat, this event is a beautiful way to bond as a family.
