Breathwork Deep-Dive Berlin

Use your breath to meet yourself, under the surface! In this deep-dive workshop, we combine circular breathwork and embodied ‘inner voice’ practices to explore feelings, insights and resources in you that may have been pushed aside, and to honour parts of yourself that want to be seen.
The workshop takes place on Saturday August 8 in Der Bewegte Raum, Belziger Str. 7, Berlin. We begin at 1.30pm and end around 6pm. Investment: 100 Euro. If you are facing financial limitations but feel called to take part, please get in touch and we will find a solution!
