Nature Yoga with Erin

Come join us at the Nature Center to breathe the fresh air and stretch your muscles with Outdoor Yoga. We will center ourselves with breathing, find peace in our bodies through gentle movements, and connect with the season and the earth in guided meditations.

Open to all ages, but geared toward teens and adults. $5 per session. 3 separate sessions, Saturday June 14, July 12, and August 9 from 9:30-10:15am. Held outdoors, but will move inside in case of inclement weather.
