Join us for a 60-minute uplifting and fun mat Pilates session!

We'll move through contemporary mat Pilates sequences designed to improve balance and muscular strength.
This class will allow you to connect with your body, calm your mind, and challenge yourself with a serious workout firmly based on the fundamentals of Pilates. Get ready for an holistic fitness experience so you can remain active and injury-free.
All levels - from beginners to seasoned practitioners- are welcome and no previous experience is required.
Notes:
The room is equipped with mats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer
Bring a blanket if you have sensitive knees, hips or back
If you have ankle weights or light dumbbells, feel free to bring them; if you don't have those but are looking for that extra challenge, two small water bottles could do!
Please note that this class is not suitable for pregnant and post-partum women
