Join us for a feel-good morning designed to strengthen, sculpt, and deeply relax your body.
We’ll start with a lower-body workout to fire things up, flow into mat Pilates for length and tone, and finish with a soothing Sound Bath to help your nervous system unwind and reset.
If you missed the last one, you don’t want to miss this, expect good energy, a great burn, and deep relaxation.
