Join us every Sunday at Rufa, The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota's newest al fresco dining and lounge experience, and let us make your tastebuds take flight. With every purchase of The Scarlet shareable cocktail (tropical tea infused tequila, fresh citrus mix, génépy, orange, lemon, lime, agave), receive a complimentary shareable dish (choice of Signature Guacamole, Tuna Crudo or Potato Flautitas).

Enjoy live music from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. while watching the sun set on the weekend. Rufa is open until 10 p.m. on Sunday evenings.

Reservations are accepted on OpenTable but not required. Rufa is available to the public, resort guests and members alike.
