Young @ Heart, Body and Mind are our activities tailored towards the more mature members of our community. All sessions are targeted to support positive wellbeing, staying active, and mental stimulation.
Our Wednesday sessions are, Move it or Lose it - a seated exercise session

Knit and Natter - as it says on the tin. Beginners or just natters welcome.
11am - 12pm
Afternoon Quiz 1pm-2pm
Come to whatever suits you and your likes.
