MEGA ADOPTION WEEKEND—ADOPTION FEES WAIVED FOR ALL AVAILABLE ANIMALS ALL WEEKEND LONG!
The Humane Society of Sarasota County is so excited to join nearly 50 shelters across the state of Florida as we work together to find homes for 2,000 cats and dogs in one weekend!
HSSC will have nearly 150 cats, kittens, and dogs available for adoption at our facility, AND we will be open SPECIAL HOURS! No appointment needed. All animals will be first come, first served at the shelter.
Friday, June 27 | 12pm-7pm
Saturday, June 28 | 10am-4pm
Sunday, June 29 | 10am-4pm

During MEGA Adoption Weekend in 2024, we found homes for 91 animals. HELP US REACH 100 IN 2025! Spread the word—invite your friends!
While all adoption fees are waived, other fees may apply. All dogs must go home with a leash and collar. All cats must go home in a carrier. Bring your own, or we have plenty of affordable options in our retail store!
