Qigong with Jase in Te Awanga

Community Qigong classes have begun in beautiful Haumoana and Te Awanga.

Jason Mackenzie is offering morning introductory Qigong classes to anyone who feels keen to try it. Everyone is welcome.

At the Te Awanga Community Hall. Outside either on the grass or on the sand if the weather is fine. Inside if cold or rainy.

Sunday 13th July & Sunday 20th July

Time:
9am-10am

Put it in your diary. Get up and start the day peacefully.
An easy, gentle and relaxing class, with meditative movement and breath, to help you find peace and come back to yourself.

Exchange: Sliding scale of $10-$15. There'll be a little box to put cash into, or do bank transfer. Details provided on site.

Bring a water bottle and hat.
Practice barefoot standing or with shoes. A wonderful way to ground, connect with nature and set yourself up for the day.
