MON 5.30PM "Not Yoga" Mindful Movement Class

This mindful movement class connects your body and brain, leaving you relaxed, renewed and refreshed from the inside out.

There's no sweat, force or effort involved. You always work at your own level of comfort and we operate on a "No Pain, More Gain" approach.


Classes are held in the spacious and beautiful Movement Works Studio in Jervoistown, Napier.

$65 for 4 classes or $20 casual (subject to availability).

If you miss a class you can either make it up at another class time during the same term or you can request an audio recording that you can do in your own time at home during the term.

* NO class on King's Birthday weekend.
