Join me for the first Gong Bath of the year at The Beehive Centre.

This will be a gentle space to unwind, release tension, and reset your whole system through the deep, resonant tones of the gongs.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and give yourself a moment of stillness after the new year begins.

Whether you are returning to the practice or joining for the first time, you are welcome.
