Beginners Yoga Course @ Oldbury Academy

Thanks to funding from @Active Black Country we are able to offer a BRAND NEW 12 Week Beginner's Yoga Course at Sam's Health and Fitness Suite at Oldbury Academy.

This course is perfect for complete beginners' (aged 16+) that want to try yoga for the very first time. This is a mat based session that will include standing and seated postures.

£12 for 12 weeks. On attendance of all 12 weeks, you will be gifted a yoga mat to take home with you.
