Year’s End Restorative Yoga + Meditation (75 min)
Close out the year with a deeply nurturing 75-minute restorative yoga and meditation practice designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and refresh the spirit. All levels are welcome — beginners included. Release. Reflect. Renew.
In this gentle, prop-supported practice, postures are held for longer periods to allow your body to fully relax into each shape with ease. You’ll be guided through soothing pranayama (breathwork) and reflective meditation to honor the past year and create space for renewal as we step into 2026 with clarity and intention. To enhance your experience, warm herbal compresses will be placed on the body throughout class, promoting physical restoration and deep comfort. The slower pace and mindful guidance will help restore balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally — making this class ideal for easing stress, supporting recovery, or simply taking time to rest and reset.
After class, linger and connect with our yoga kula (community) while enjoying light snacks, warm herbal tea, and browsing the TW Boutique Shop.
What to Bring: Comfortable, layered clothing; yoga mat; towel; water; and any props for comfort (props available at TW). Hydration encouraged!
