60-min Yoga + Brew @The Mill Room - East Forty Brewing (Monthly Event) is a fun and chill style of yoga flow with guided breathing and movement set to upbeat music to bring positive vibes for your day! Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
This Vinyasas yoga flow style practice allows one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. You will be incorporating moving stretches, sun salutations, and balance poses to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This is a challenging yet light approach to building your yoga practice with modification given. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress or simply decompress, this class is perfect for all.
Not into craft beer, no problem they offer non-alcoholic options including kombucha, cold brew coffee, ginger beer & infused sparkling water made in house. They also have pizza, appetizers, beer cocktails, wine & more!!! Class includes drink of choice!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel, water and any yoga props needed. Hydration Advised!
