When? The evening of Thursday, June 26th, 2025 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
Where? The Greenhouse on Strawberry Lane in Somerset, NS.
What? Picture this: Blankets and cushions in a big circle surrounded by nature, a group of us chatting and listenging, doing a little meditation / breathwork, pulling cards and setting intentions together with a theme of the Summer Solstice.
Who? Alison Fahie (Registered Counselling Therapist - Candidate) and Catharine Fahie (Certified Yoga Teacher & Counselling Student) will be "facilitating" but there will be a whole group of people just like you!
Why? To create a space for connection and community! <3
Accessibility: This event space is a "no step" facility and is fully wheelchair accessible.
Note: Refreshments will be provided. We encourage you to bring a blanket, yoga mat or cushion to sit on but if you can't we will be providing this as well. You may bring a water bottle, journal and pen, or anything else that may help you feel supported during this event.

Info: Facilitator Introduction & the intention behind The Gathering; Group intros and chat.
Info: Guided breathing exercise focused on grounding. Nature-focused meditation starting with deep intentional breaths and leading into visualization. Opportunity to share how meditation landed for everyone. (There may be an option for some light movement alongside the breathwork.)
Info: Exploring the Summer Solstice, the astrology of the moment, what the solstice symbolizes and how this relates to our own lives on a collective or individual level. Group will be prompted with questions, given space to journal / reflect and there will be an opportunity for group sharing.
Info: Group will have opportunity to share their insights or reflections from the discussion as well as pull from various tarot or oracle card decks.
