Elderberry Syrup Workshop

Elderberry syrup has been used in folk medicine for hundreds of years to prevent and recover from colds and flu. It has so many benefits that are often overlooked.

In this class you will learn the best way to make Elderberry syrup, why so many recipes are not accurate and cause you to lose many of the medicinal benefits. Each participate will go home with a 16 ounce jar ready to take daily.
