Sunday Yin Yoga + Reiki

Join us weekly Sundays for more relaxed yoga practice consisting of floor postures held for three to five minutes combined with the healing energy of Reiki.

A Yin practice emphasizes the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. Our yin yoga classes also include restorative poses and deep relaxation.

Reiki is an energetic healing technique that is non-invasive and sometimes uses gentle touch to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation.
