At a Menopause & Women's Health Café women, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss menopause and women's health.

Our Menopause & Women's Health Cafés are offered:

In an accessible, respectful and confidential space

Open for all, women

On a not for profit basis

Alongside refreshing drinks and cake!

Arrive at 10.45am to get yourself a drink and settled before we start at 11am.

Every month there will be a theme - previous we've discused Menopause & Blood Sugar management, pelvic health

Our session in Junes's session

Title: What is Fibromyalgia and what help you can get
Theme: Rani the Chair of Fibro London East. Through a WhatsApp-based chat group for people with our condition and who mutually support each other, arrange online presentations and in-person events. We are all voluntary. We welcome all ages although the conditions means most are from their 30s upwards.

She be giving a short talk about fibro – what it means and what help you can get

We will then have a support group session faciliated by hosts.
