Yin Yoga and Live Flute: A Transformative Experience with Dana Humphrey and Onel Mulet

Join us for a serene and rejuvenating experience! Yin Yoga meets the enchanting sounds of live flute music with Dana Humphrey and Onel Mulet in an immersive session in October 2025. This unique event blends the calming practice of Yin Yoga with the healing tones of live flute, creating a deeply restorative and meditative atmosphere.

The Yin Yoga and Live Sound Bath Flute session will take place at the Averne East Community Center, offering an opportunity to unwind and reconnect:

• Saturday Oct 11th from 11am to 12:30pm
• Arverne East Nature Preserve: 190 Beach 44th St, Far Rockaway, NY 11691
  
  This session will begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, designed to open up the body and release tension, followed by the soothing, resonant sounds of live flute, gong and crystal bowls played by Onel Mulet.
  
  The sound of the live flute will deepen the experience, guiding participants into a state of relaxation and mindfulness. This combination of movement, stillness, and live music offers a powerful way to calm the mind, heal the body, and restore balance.
  

About the Instructors:

Dana Humphrey is an experienced Yin Yoga teacher, known for her compassionate and intuitive approach. Her classes emphasize mindfulness and deep relaxation, allowing students to connect with their inner selves.

Onel Mulet, a talented flutist, has performed in a variety of settings and brings a deep understanding of the therapeutic potential of sound. His live music, using chimes, gongs, crystal bowls and flutes creates an immersive experience that supports healing and emotional release.
