About this Event

On Tuesday, July 29, you can help your high school athlete prepare for the fall season with a pre participation sports exam at Ortho Rhode Island (Providence). We are also offering them at our on July 30.

How to Sign up for the Pre-Participation Physical Exams

1. Click the orange button "Check Availability" and register with the student and parent/guardian's info.
2. Be sure to fill out the patient history form through the RIIL if you haven't already done so.
