NSU’s Halmos College & South Florida PBS Present Dive-In Summer Film Series

Join South Florida PBS and Nova Southeastern University for a Changing Seas Live Screening of “The Elephant Seals of Año Nuevo."

Along the rugged Northern California coast, Año Nuevo State Park harbors a thriving colony of elephant seals, where science and nature intertwine. For over 50 years, University of California Santa Cruz researchers, spanning three generations, have worked alongside seven generations of seals to better understand their life cycles and ocean health.

Following the screening, featured experts will join us for an engaging talk-back and audience Q&A.

The evening will conclude with a complimentary reception featuring wine, beer donated by LauderAle, and light bites.
