Tour Two Historic Homes in Laurel Park

Join us for a special open hour tour at 310 S. Osprey Ave. and continuing on to 300 S. Osprey Ave. Enjoy light refreshments and an exclusive behind the scenes look at these two meticulous restorations.

An additional charming Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on the property will also be available to tour.

A limited number of tickets are available. Tours leave every 20 minutes beginning at 4:00 PM. Capacity is limited on each tour to ten ticket holders.

SAHP and Laurel Park residents have exclusive access to purchase tickets through Friday July 11th. Tickets will be on sale to the public thereafter until July 24th.

General Admission is $35 per picket. The SAHP member price is $25 per ticket. For any General Admission ticket holder, SAHP will credit your ticket price to non-members who wish to join the SAHP with a minimum $50 individual membership. To do so, contribute $15 or more at .

Due to limited parking on site, complementary Trolley Service will be provided from the the McCulloch Pavillion of located at 265 S. Orange Avenue. Ample public parking is available near the Pavillion.
