Summer Sound Bath Series - August

About this Event

This Summer Sound Bath Series features the unique energy attunement of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls in combination with a rotating mix of sound healing instruments. Each monthly offering will be different! 

The session will include vibrational sound healing throughout the entire hour.

Here are some considerations for your most comfort:

• Your body temperature will drop during the sound bath, so please dress in layers.
• You are welcome to bring a blanket or prop for additional comfort.
• Yoga mats will be provided, or you may bring your own.
• If sitting or lying on the floor is not comfortable for you, a chair can be provided.
• Bring a bottle of water for hydration.
• You may want to bring a journal for integrating insights post-sound bath.
