Join us every third Wednesday of the month at 12:00 PM for a refreshing midday Tai Chi session at Owl’s Nest Park in East Walnut Hills. Led by experienced practitioners from the Osher Center for Integrative Health, this gentle movement class is designed to help you improve balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with your breath—all in the calming beauty of nature.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced student, these free, outdoor sessions offer a restorative pause in your week and a chance to center yourself with the support of community.

🧘 All are welcome—no registration required.📍 Meet near the shelter at the center of the park.☀️ Weather permitting. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing.
