Why is Extramurals important?
Extramural activities are important because they promote well-rounded development by fostering social skills, confidence, and resilience, while also providing a healthy outlet for physical and emotional energy and teaching crucial life skills like time management and teamwork. They allow children to explore new interests, build friendships, and develop a sense of belonging beyond the academic environment, contributing to their overall growth and future success.
