Creating your estate plan can be an overwhelming decision and it is one of the most precious gifts you can give to your loved ones. Estate planning, and life planning for that matter, addresses issues that are difficult to think about, such as death, incapacity, finances, and family dynamics. Montana and North Dakota licensed attorney, Cassie R. Dellwo of Five Valleys Law, P.L.L.C. will introduce you to estate planning and how it works. Topics include the importance of wills, the advantages and disadvantages of trusts, creating and using powers of attorney correctly, advanced health care directives/living wills, and other tools to protect your legacy for your family. Whether you’re just getting started or need to update your existing plans, this session will provide with the knowledge needed to take control of your planning.
