Sunday Streets Missoula 2025 is coming to the Northside neighborhood! Everyone is invited to this FREE and FUN event, Sunday, September 7th.
This 1-mile route (on Cooley, Mitchell, Howell, Homes, Defoe, & Waverly St) will showcase the neighborhood's friendly community spirit, newly painted traffic calming circles, and unique charm. This event will also include food vendors, free fitness classes, and local businesses and organizations hosting activities along the open street route.
Sunday Streets events encourage all ages and all abilities to be active, connect with local businesses and organizations, and rethink how our community can be more livable. It's an opportunity to temporarily close the streets to cars and open them to walkers and rollers of all ages and abilities; allowing Missoula to experience our streets in a whole new way, encouraging community and building support for broader transportation choices.
