Mindful Recovery Practice

A collaborative project between the Red Willow Learning Center and Missoula’s 4th D Club, Hybrid Mindful Recovery offers the opportunity to build a regular mindfulness practice into your life whether you can join us in person or online. Together we will experience practices to help us create and maintain healthy boundaries, cultivate compassion for ourselves and others and learn the importance of present moment awareness.

This offering is supported by a grant from the Trust for the Meditation Process.
